Creekside Funding saw
growth in 2008 despite the conditions of the national mortgage
market. We have moved into a larger facility, and continue
to be a major player in the Western New York region ̶

publicity surrounding real estate, Western New York remains
stable with a reported increase in housing sales. With
mortgage rates as low as ever, Creekside is able to shop our
portfolio of national and local lenders to find the best rate
and terms available, and then design a finance program to
specifically address each client's personal needs.
Creekside Funding has grown staff to a total of 13 and increased
business in 2008. While other mortgage brokers have shut
their doors, Creekside remains strong and growing, taking pride
